Upon reading this article this morning, I became attracted and I want to write about this too....

It make me thinks hard... me too, did not publicized myself as a SHCJ until someone brought up a topic, "which k-pop group are your bias these days?' to me... Whenever I speak about SHINHWA with my friends, they always said like, SHINHWA is a friend of mine, which shocks me... they always said, I am unlike another fan, who keep on praising on their bias. I tend to tell them, how hilarious they are, how shameful I am towards them, and keep wondering why I love these uncles when I can get to love those new and young, lovable k-pop groups.. I guess its true when they said, once you become a SHINHWA CHANGJO, there never getting back out, unless you aren't deep enough... I went deep, and being modest, I only known them three years ago (I guess)... When I saw Shin Hye Sung 'Tick Tock' song with Kim Dong Wan in the MV... Then I start to dig a little about them and end up hooking up with them. I know, in aspect of level, I am a young and still have a long way to go as SHCJ, but, this three years of knowing them has become enough for them to become apart of my life.

We speak about SHINHWA like we know them a long of time. We did not publicized ourselves as SHCJ because we thought them as friends and family. You know, when you have a good/bestfriends as celebrity, you tend to shut your mouth up for their sake of privacy and career... Stupid right? When a fan of other k-pop group tell us that SHINHWA is irrelevant, old and stupid, instead of flaring totally, we tell them that SHINHWA is irrelevant because they are 15 years old group and what are they still doing here, competing with hoobaes when other groups as old as them were disbanded and struggling to keep their popularity by carrying their ex-group name everywhere (sorry H.S.g.R.G. fans, but I think its a little sad seeing these sunbaes reminiscing their old career by doing this kind of project group, seriously, I am sad seeing this group and thinking what the hell are you doing here when SHINHWA is struggling to protect themselves as a team... It is also because, I am a big fan of g.o.d and feeling a bit of aggrieve seeing Danny An is there... I dont know, maybe it is my greed to see g.o.d as a whole again made me feel like its not worthy being in this kind of project group.. I am sorry...)

We admit they are old and their physical condition is not the best as before because we know, they have a lot of minor and major accident that made them not as sharp as before... and we corrected these anti-fan by saying they are not stupid, they are SPECIAL STUPID (inside joke)... we troll them along with this anti-fans until they have nothing to say except "저 언니 뭐야? 이상하게? [What is wrong with that oenni? weirdly?]

Its not that we dont love SHINHWA to troll them along, its because we love them enough to admit that there are what other people claim. It is because we understand what are SHINHWA wants to protect, "The stage and the colour of ORANGE, not the number of fans -Kim Dong Wan". Promises and believe that we, SHCJ and SHINHWA exchange made us believe that no matter what you said about them, they will stay the same as we know them... because we did admire them, we love and grow along with them, making us like family, friends and lover.

SHINHWA and SHCJ are like that, we are family, friends and lover... we criticize when needed, we praise what's good and right, we said what is wrong when it is wrong... This hard-love that SHINHWA receive is because they love us the same way too... they believe that they do not responsible in our live (again Kim Dong Wan, he is our witty-guy that always speak his mind and his words is always right which made us made and admitting it at the same time) and ask us to keep our responsibility, chase our dream, live like other people. because they care, they do not want us to get left behind in society due to our madness towards them.. that is why there a lot of SHCJ who have a life, career and live like other normal people, only to shock others by declaration to go on SHINHWA concert... We undercover in the society and live like normal people, and be there for SHINHWA when in need... We work hard to make a living, and when its time, we go fangirling at their concert, comeback and album. And when the promotion is over, we came back to our normal life, while keeping eyes of them. That is what you called a SHINHWA love...

I heard that FT Island's fans also show hard-love towards this group... But can you say, FT Island in my observation have a SHINHWA-like personality. They are raw, honest and speak their mind. Do not afraid of being themselves and also dorky.. If only they did not change their member, they would be like SHINHWA. But I do like their combination now because there is lot of chemistry among them... Its a no wonder if their fan are a troll-lovers like SHCJ.:::

Monologue: It is hard to understand me????

A lot of things has happen lately... But what sadden me is, my friend keep telling me to go to a party that I dont feel invited... I am tired of this kind of feeling. Being a wallflower that people doesnt even care whether you go or not... invite half heartedly. even if i go, no one care if i even exist.. why go? I dont have money to. only have 218 in account.. I have no mom and dad to call to ask for money. My oldest sister has her hardest tome now, so who else should I bother? Why cant people understand that I have no one in my family to support me and I cannot keep bothering my friend for help. I have no clothes to wear, no shoes to match, nothing! Please, live me alone!!!! please, understand that I have no one! no one for things like this!!!!!!! :'( :"( :'(

Shinhwa - The Legend That Haven't Finish Yet

The legend of idol group in Korea, 14 years of longevity is not an easy achievement. Most of the first generation idol group such as g.o.d, Fin K.L, S.E.S, H.O.T, etc... were going through difficulties such as group name rights, unending solo promotion schedule of members, former agency's issues on making a comeback with other agency making them fail to make a comeback even if they wanted too.

Shinhwa on the other hand, went through all of this obstacles and still going strong despite issues that come to them. Not to put that what they went through are easy, but their will and determination has set the road straight and being a role model to all of the nowadays Korean idol group to follow their lead.

They are different, bold and honest. No other idol group can do such things without having to worry for their image and marketing purpose. Being different is Shinhwa biggest aset.

Even though they have turn to 30 (average 33.3) they still being their self and fool around while at work, and put up a serious stage later. the magic that they offer is just determination to live their name and friendship.

Eric Mun Jeong Hyeok.

Leader of SHINHWA
The eldest in the group and being the leader, it does not have to mean that Eric have to tough and bossy. His cute attitude and 4D is enough to glue up the team. His quote is according to fans is,  

"To Dong Wan, it is a sacrifice, but choosing Shinhwa is the greatest choice of my life."

This famous ment is a respond to what Kim Dong Wan quoted in a variety show on how Eric has refuse to take a solo contract worth 4 times of his former contract and prefer to find a company that could accept all of them under one management and have the same worth contract.

According to my observation:
He tend to hate serious situation and often talk less whenever in a talk show, especially when making appearance with all six member. But when he get serious, his words could surprised and could sometimes bring tears to other. He often not showing his problem to other people else than his member(maybe). Easygoing person who sometimes lazy but once have some goal in his life, he would do anything to achieve and protect it. There are some fan who said that Eric does not need Shinhwa, but Shinhwa certainly need Eric. 

How can a fan who could only see from television, concert, stalking here and there make such a confident remarks without knowing his real thought? If it's true, then why do he would fight SM at the court to retain SHINHWA name rights, using his own fund to do so, and according to KBS2 Win Win, he is the one who suggest the meeting at his house to discuss why they had been distant with each other during this 4 years break. We did not know what his true mind is, but he sure is sincere in retaining this group. He seems love to work behind the scene and sleep (proven in Shinhwa BangSong EP 5).

Lee Min Woo

The second eldest in the group.
Even though his records says he is born in 1980, he is actually born in 1979. It is only an late registration. Being so secrecy about his height, whoever who sees him will always have this word,

His nowadays famous quote is;

"Your thoughts, My thoughts, are the same"

This has been revealed by SuJu Member Kyuhyun, a remarks made towards Donghae who seems to have similarities towards him.

According to my observation:
He is friendly to most of the people, loves attention, perfectionist and love himself so much (bring me to find similarities to JYP, well they are quite close). he spend most of his time on music, self-improvement, working out and his priority, SHINHWA. Even though Eric is the group leader, but on stage, he naturally would take the lead and worried most of the group song composition, choreography and concept. He loves to create something else other than anyone else. His creativity gain him a nickname "Creator Boy". He seems like to create something that is smart and only own by him. Minnovation is one smart name.


Kim Dong Wan

Being the third eldest in SHINHWA he is known for having most of childish fight within the member. He have a lot of sides that sometimes could confuse the people who just got to know him.he is a talented writer and have a lot of opinion. Only if he is not a celebrity, I bet his blog is full with private opinion that sometimes could be bias to one sides. He is the member who does not have any scandal in 14 years of career.

His has a lot of famous quote, one of my favorite and I think is a brilliant are:

"6-1 is zero." 

Showing his stand of loving his group, he hates the word unit and for him it is either promoting as Kim Dong Wan of SHINHWA or SHINHWA only.

"Shinhwa is like a mother to me. You don't have to meet each other everyday, it would feel annoyed to listen to their nag. But you would be mad if someone curse at them and would run to them first whenever they are in trouble." KBS2 WIN WIN

"For me, Shinhwa was not a choice, but a destiny."

According to my observation: 

He is a talented and knowledgeable. He loves to express through his blogs and sometimes could lead to controversy. He is honest and sometimes would just speak his mind. He is an upright person and thinks all is fair in this world and does not like to put any discrimination on the line. He loves his member so much and would put up a fight just to say the truth (like what he did to Min Woo on Min Woo's ex girlfriend issues) His witty ment always surprised people despite his ridiculous gag. He seems to have a lot of phobia and a lot of worries. He quite sensitive and have a kind of weird hobbies and habits that could make people misunderstood. Like going to travel and taking pictures instead of hanging out with members. His members had already understand his habit, but fans who loves to misunderstood would really love to speculate about he being unclosed to members.

Shin Hye Seong (Jeong Pil Gyo)

The fourth Oldest Member
Heavenly Voice is his nickname.
He loves to do live concert more than only releasing album. That explains on how many solo concerts he have done.

Although we’re all busy with our own solo activities, and some are now serving their military service, but there’s nothing better than the feeling of coming home to a hot meal and a good rest after a hard day’s work. It’s really nice when we get together, I have the feeling of coming home. Fans to us are like our fence, or perhaps like family members."

According to my observation:

He loves game so much that it brings trouble to him. Such as gambling incident. But seeing him recently at the 24 March 2012 concerts makes me feel his sincerity that he has repent and hoping to move forward like his stage name. His tears shows his inner feeling that how much he appreciate to on stage again as SHINHWA. He must be feeling like this is a dream, after scandal and controversies he went through, being able to stand on stage again with SHINHWA CHANGJO support touches his heart. His princely image covers up his naught and cute that seldomly showed through broadcast or concert.

Jeon Jin (Park Cheong Jae)

Second youngest in the group.
In charged of variety and bad ment saver in team.
His bright personality covers up his depression that he suffers for quite a long time. He says that member is his only cure.

His famous quote is

"Members zipper are my zipper to"

According to my observation: 

He has an innocent personality that does not grow with age. He is the brightest when he is with his member. Even though he is not the youngest, but he is more sensitive than the youngest. Easily tears and loves member so much that he tend to help members even though he is in trouble.

Andy Lee Seon Ho

Lastly, we have Andy, maknae that is more mature than leader. My thoughts only. Being the youngest in the group always make him a target of being pushed around like all of the youngest in any family would experience.

His famous quote would be:

"In the future, no matter where we are, really in 20 years, 40 years, until I die, We will always be together."

According to my observation:

He is stronger than he looks. He might be the cute Andy but he also have another side of him that often surprised people. He is also kissable by his hyungs.(Seen it so many times). He love being in the group and he appreciate the group more than anyone else. He thought that SHINHWA saves his live and because of SHINHWA, he get to become Andy.

Overall, I love being SHINHWA CHANGJO. It is a blessing getting to know this group. To be honest, when I love a group, I love to see them as a group more than their solo activities. Either Shinhwa or other Korean Idol group that I enjoy to see, I want to see them as a group. Shinhwa, for me, I might get killed by my words but I think Shinhwa is the brightest when there are together and less bright when they are alone. I love their principle on how SHINHWA is their backbone and whatever they do is started with SHINHWA.

No matter how much SM want to stop them, SHINHWA is already unstoppable (I personally believe Shinee's Comeback on March were planned to disturbed SHINHWA's comeback since they know EXO won't do the trick.) SM have done a big mistake by giving the name SHINHWA to this 6 man. Now there are striving hard to create a legend just like they had promised since thei debut in 1998. This 6 playful man are surprisingly a group of man who would do anything to protect their promise. I sincerely happy to be part of the legend making and hopefully keep being one of the SHINHWA CHANGJO in many many years to go.
